Question 1

A Trust is not associative? On a very basic level when saying Trust is not associative it basically means that trust only goes one way in relation to buyers and sellers the sellers have full trust in the consumers to pay for their goods and the buyers may not have the same level of trust because they are afraid that may encounter inferior product (Rappa, 2010)

Trust is not transitive. What is mean by this is that trust can’t be passed on directly from person to person what is mean in relation to buyers and sellers is that a seller’s trust in a customer can’t be passed from customer to customer. (Rappa, 2010)

Trust is always between two parties. Trust on a very basic level requires two parties for example a customer and a store but trust can be extended past the basic two parties if more people begin to reply on each other to do a job (Rappa, 2010)

Trust will involve direct trust or recommender trust

Trust does involve both direct trust which can between a buyer and seller, over time of both parties dealing with each other it builds a strong trust. and recommender trust is when a buyer goes to a friend and suggests the seller that they have dealt with (Rappa, 2010)
